StartLogic offers 24/7 toll free phone support, live chat, email, trouble ticket system, as well as an online knowledgebase. They appear to be very well staffed and well trained. StartLogic has been diligent in answering all of our questions in both telephone and email.
Account Management/Control Panel:

uses vDeck, narly identical to the control panel used by iPowerWeb. vDeck is a user friendly, clean interface allowing you to manage virtually everything for your hosting account including file management, FTP accounts, databases, email accounts, bandwidth statitstics, server configuration settings and more.
